What was the highlight of Ad Lib Hotel Khon Kaen

This was our second time staying at the Ad Lib and it was nice and lived up to our expectations. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel with good facilities and in a good location. I think that it is a bit pricey for Khon Kaen, however it is a new hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Closet space or drawers in the rooms are definitely missing if you are staying more than a night or two.

My second time and overall is a very good hotel with an excellent Italian restaurant.

location ,cleanliness,restaurant.

Staff in 28th floor bar .Did not make the promotional offer clear on beer and lead or me being mislead. Staff apologised but the drinks still cost me more than it should have done.

The best !

High rise modern hotel very centrally situated. Rooftop. Italian restaurant. Excellent rooms (suites are the best of course). Over excellent service (Vincent the manager and all the staff). Exceptionnaly quiet (high floor, very good insonorisation).

Fantastic for the price we paid!

Beautiful modern hotel with incredible views over the city and a fantastic pool. Great laundry service. Nice restaurant and cafe. Helpful staff.

Our room was 5 stars at a glance but there were a lot of impractical elements. No wardrobe and the hanging space was too low for a long dress (which I needed to hang for a wedding). The bed had an awkward base you could not walk around. I had the crawl in from the end of the bed ???? There was no vanity area to sit at with a mirror.

Very good but i would probably consider the Avani as a better all-round alternative

There was a wide selection of breakfast options. Fantastic staff. The location was great as was the pool area and the gym.

It was clearly a design feature but the "unfunished" celing in the room and plain concrete ceiling in the balcony area felt a little odd. Almost like they are still jobs on the to do list as opposed to the finished look. The elevator switch from the groundfloor to the rooms, via the restaurant was a little strange and awkard when dragging luggage through. The only other issue was the leaking bidet tap in the bedroom (room 2116)

Would come back... Once they have every services open and running properly

The rooms are beautifully designed. The balcony is large and I enjoyed it. The service is excellent, employees are charming. The freebies (shampoo, shower gel...) are of high quality, which I appreciate. The view is stunning. Breakfast is good but a bit expensive. The lack of orange juice every day is a bummer.

Still no fitness room. Still no sky bar. The hotel just opened and is still lacking a few critical services. The rooms are beautiful but lack a wardrobe, so good luck organizing your things if you say more than a few days. I found the air conditioning control not working properly. For whatever reason when open it stays at a very low temperature, even if I select a higher temp on the thermostats. I didn't bother asking the hotel to look into it as I was here during the winter season anyway and didn't need air most of the time.

Refined architecture and landscape. Staffs are of great help beyond expectations. Rooms are comfy. Cost is quite pricey buy totally worth it. Would not hesitate to go back.

Disappointing

New hotel, good room layout and cleanliness and great location.

As I travelled for work, asking the staff to issue Tax invoice was exhausted as they did not fully understand the process well enough. I had to called Booking.com for help and coordinated and until now (also 10 days from my check-out date) I still cant get the invoice from the hotel. The follow-up action on this with the hotel is really exhausting me. The overall hotel looks good like 5 star rating, but office work is still outdated.

Beautiful hotel with exceptionally lovely staff.

This hotel is absolutely faultless! The staff are exceptional in every sense - their dress, their attention to detail and their willingness to do everything for you. The hotel is beautifully decorated to a very high standard. the rooms are wonderful and the balcony gives you views across Khon Kaen. The roof top pool is a little gem of a treat and after breakfast we caught rays there until the sun disappeared around 4 pm. It was quiet and perfect for our get together with our son and his girlfriend. I’d love to come back again one day soon.
