The best !

High rise modern hotel very centrally situated. Rooftop. Italian restaurant. Excellent rooms (suites are the best of course). Over excellent service (Vincent the manager and all the staff). Exceptionnaly quiet (high floor, very good insonorisation).

First time staying at this hotel and certainly won’t be the last time. This is a great place to stay in the heart of Khon Kaen. We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome by all of the staff downstairs - both the security and the reception staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good amenities. The Infinity pool gives the best views of Khon Kaen - it feels like you’re swimming into the horizon. They have a skywalk on the same floor over the other side which is great and not for the faint-hearted. We loved the roof top bar, this was a highlight. Max was excellent and made us feel very welcome and took the time to talk with us and give recommendations of the city. Aom-am was also great in looking after us and always made sure we had the best service, she was our favourite. Also not forgetting the cocktail maker Nueng , really nice guy and amazing cocktails. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel, it made it a pleasurable experience and we will see you again soon.

Perhaps the breakfast could have been better. Wasn’t the best.

Modern hotel in a great location. Some rooms may not be suitable for persons with mobility issues.

Modern hotel in a good location. Very good breakfast.

Some rooms have unusual configurations. Work space was awkward. Bed had unusual side boards that made getting into and out of bed a challenge. If you are older or have mobility issues, confirm that you will have access to suitable sleeping arrangements. Getting from street level to your room requires two elevator rides.

Spotlessly clean, in the center of Khon Kaen, beautiful view. The staffs friendliness is exemplary and makes you feel like at home. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Khon Kaen.

Top hotel with a magnificent view of the city

The great hotel is located in the heart of Conteng and many things are within walking distance. You can conveniently park a car or motorcycle in the hotel's underground car park. The hotel rooms are located exclusively from the 19th to the 24th floor. The unique infinity swimming pool is located on the 28th floor. Also unique is the Skywalk on the 28th floor. The fitness center is open 24 hours. After a short time we got a room upgrade to a corner suite at the 23rd floor with a balcony. We would especially like to thank the front-desk manager for these generous gesture. All in all it is a top hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Awesome place, a gem.

Everything. This hotel is a gem. We do a lot of good hotels all year and we can be a bit difficult, I'll admit it. This place was beyond our expectations . Everything is really carefully thought . The employees really do their best and provide a great experience, absolutely all of them. The decoration is perfect, the location is too. Our room was a studio at the 22th floor , the 2219 and the view from the balcony was great. The panoramic restaurant offers a great sunset view as well. The room was missing nothing. If I had to try to find something to improve, I would say the aircon was a bit noisy in our room, and the system to connect to the WiFi and hotel app is a bit difficult . But that's it . We will 100% come back and we thank the staff warmfully.

Nothing, honestly . It is the best hotel of Khon Kaen by far, and we know them all quite well.

Fantastic for the price we paid!

Beautiful modern hotel with incredible views over the city and a fantastic pool. Great laundry service. Nice restaurant and cafe. Helpful staff.

Our room was 5 stars at a glance but there were a lot of impractical elements. No wardrobe and the hanging space was too low for a long dress (which I needed to hang for a wedding). The bed had an awkward base you could not walk around. I had the crawl in from the end of the bed ???? There was no vanity area to sit at with a mirror.

This was our second time staying at the Ad Lib and it was nice and lived up to our expectations. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel with good facilities and in a good location. I think that it is a bit pricey for Khon Kaen, however it is a new hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Closet space or drawers in the rooms are definitely missing if you are staying more than a night or two.

Very good but i would probably consider the Avani as a better all-round alternative

There was a wide selection of breakfast options. Fantastic staff. The location was great as was the pool area and the gym.

It was clearly a design feature but the "unfunished" celing in the room and plain concrete ceiling in the balcony area felt a little odd. Almost like they are still jobs on the to do list as opposed to the finished look. The elevator switch from the groundfloor to the rooms, via the restaurant was a little strange and awkard when dragging luggage through. The only other issue was the leaking bidet tap in the bedroom (room 2116)

BEST place to stay in KhonKaen, The other hotels are incomparable.

The location is the best location in KhonKaen province. It is near to everything even Starbucks and 7-11 moreover you ate able to find local restaurant around the hotel which were very good. The room was very very good and uniquely design. I suggested everybody to request the room that has balcony on the east side if possible. The breast was incredible. It looked not much but here is Thailand!!!. All the food in the breakfast buffet line were incredibly delicious!!! I have to say that this hotel is the best if you have a plan to visit KhonKaen.

The only thing that I really want to suggest the hotel is "please build the Sauna and Steam room near the fitness". I think these will attracted more travelers.

My second time and overall is a very good hotel with an excellent Italian restaurant.

location ,cleanliness,restaurant.

Staff in 28th floor bar .Did not make the promotional offer clear on beer and lead or me being mislead. Staff apologised but the drinks still cost me more than it should have done.
